摘要
This note shows that one of the results presented by Tatikonda and Miller in the above paper is incorrect. Moreover, we prove that any unstable discrete time linear plant affected by arbitrarily small external disturbances with probability I can be neither stabilized nor observed over any erasure channel with nonzero erasure probability.
