摘要：

The preparation of copper powders most suitable for thick-film conductors was investigated. Reaction of CuCl with ethylenediamine at room temperature gives spherical polymodal copper powder with particle diameters of 0.79 +/- 0.35 mu m Characterizations of the as-prepared samples by XRD, SEM, TEM are reported.
