摘要
The Ca2+ sensor STIM1 and the Ca2+ channel ORAI1 are the fundamental working machinery of the CRAC channel, a classical pathway for store-operated Ca2+ entry. This chapter focuses on the protein-protein interactions of STIM and ORAI proteins that control the channel.
