摘要
Conventional infrared microbolometers are usually designed for use over only one infrared band. Here we consider various bolometer layer stacks and use a genetic algorithm to find designs that achieve maximised broadband spectral response over the entire mid and long wavelength infrared bands (3-13 mu m).
