摘要
Computer simulation of X-ray diffraction patterns of nanostructured copper has been carried out on the basis of the kinematic theory of X-rays scattering, taking into account various configurations of extrinsic grain boundary dislocation assemblies. The conclusion based on comparison with experimental data about possible configurations of extrinsic grain boundary dislocation assemblies in nanostructured materials processed by severe plastic deformation has been done. The ways of further development of the suggested approach are shown.
