摘要:
The mechanistic details of hydrogen transfer in biological systems ape not fully understood. The traditional approach has been to use semiclassical transition-state theory. This theory cannot explain many experimental findings, however, so different approaches that emphasize the importance of quantum mechanics and dynamic effects should also be considered.
