摘要
A logical conclusion: DNA logic gates constructed by using a Cu 2+-dependent DNA-cleaving deoxyribozyme are as efficient as the relatively unstable ribonucleotide-containing systems. The inputs (effectors), gates (deoxyribozymes), and outputs (substrates) are represented by chemically robust DNA oligonucleotides, which perform logic operations including "YES", "NOT", and "AND(A,NOT(B),NOT(C))" (see picture).
