摘要：

The aggregation properties of a class of cationic gemini surfactants were discussed. A correlation was observed between surfactant morphology and transfection efficiency. It was found that higher concentrations of surfactants were needed for imaging compared with transfection which resulted in exaggerating the fibrillization properties of the surfactants.
