摘要
The study of 130 cases of collaboration between the CNRS and firms makes it possible to analyse the interlinking of exchanges between organizations in networks of individual relations. It shows that even if the collaborations are often imitated by the networks of individual relations, there are several mechanisms, refer-red to in this text as delinking processes, which allow organizations to step into this initial interlinking, and to such an extent that the collaborations keep little trace of the conditions of their creation, neither in their content, nor in their development. However, the choice of partners and their location are reliant on the moment when exchanges were first initiated, which explains the well-known phenomenon of tire effects of spatial proximity.
