摘要：
A polarisation-independents, push-pull InP Mach-Zehnder modulator for 40Gbit/s all-optical regeneration has been implemented in a loop transmission scheme. Error-free regenerated transmission over >20000km was obtained. Wavelength independence and immunity to crosstalk were also measured, showing-the potential for WDM transmission applications.
