Facile synthesis of carbon monolith with bimodal mesopores

摘要
A carbon monolith was prepared via a templating method by using an appropriate silica monolith as the hard template. The resultant carbon monolith exhibits hierarchical structure, full interconnect porosity, high mechanical strength and bimodal mesopores with narrow pore size distributions. (c) 2005 Elsevier B.V.
