Convergence of discretized light cone quantization in the small mass limit

摘要
I discuss the slow convergence of discretized light cone quantization in the small mass limit. For (1 + 1)-dimensional gauge theories along with some higher-dimensional theories, the leading numerical errors come from the end-point behavior of the wave functions. Using the 't Hooft equation as an example, I analyze the problem and suggest a solution.
