bImportant advances in the management of advanced epithelial ovarian cancer have been made in recent years, with much of the knowledge emanating from clinical trials conducted by the Gynecological Oncology Group (GOG). This monograph reviews the trials that have defined current clinical practice and summarizes some innovative techniques and promising new drugs for the future.
