摘要
The Tb3+-doped zinc salicylate, Zn(HOC6H4CO2)(2):Tb, and the zinc monosalicylate, alpha- and beta-Zn(OC6H4CO2): Tb, are synthesized by rheological phase reaction and thermal decomposition. alpha-Zn(OC6H4CO2): Tb has very strong green emission of Tb3+ under excitation with UV light. The excitation and emission spectra are investigated. The relationship between the luminescence properties and crystal structures, and the energy transfer mechanism are discussed.
