摘要：

A substantial percentage of patients who have clinical unstable angina also have evidence of myocardial injury.(1) Many advocate that these patients should be diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction.(2,3) Clinicians faced with this prospect are unsure whether the release of troponin indicates myocardial injury or if it could occur with myocardial ischemia alone.(4,5)
