摘要：

C-60 thin films were prepared using sublimation technique. The films were deposited on a wide range of substrates such as KCl, microscopic glasses and semiconductors. Sequential optical and electrical measurements were carried out on these films. Electronic devices such as rectifying electronic diodes, photo-diodes and solar cells, comprising C-60 films in their structures, were manufactured. These devices show very stable and reproducible performances and give very encouraging indications for future electronic applications. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science S.A. All rights reserved.
