摘要：

Erectile dysfunction, which is common among men with diabetes, leads to significant, reduction in quality of life, and as with other complications of diabetes deserves to he treated on the NHS. This article explores the problem of erectile dysfunction and diabetes and the role of sildenafil, which is likely to be the first choice treatment of patients presenting with erectile dysfunction.
