摘要
This paper links research streams on group theory involving and maintenance functions, on team recesses as intervening variables and on top management team structure and financial performance within different environmental contexts over time. The paper investigates the relationship between top management team structure (demography) and firm subsequent performance by developing and investigating an intervening group process model of the relationship between team structure and performance.
