摘要
ZnGa2O4 is described as an excellent host material for multicolor-emitting thin-film electroluminescent (TFEL) device phosphors. High luminance multicolor emissions were realized in TFEL devices using a Mn-, Cr- or rare earth-activated ZnGa2O4 phosphor.
