摘要
Nanocrystalline SnO2 (3 nm) was synthesized by a Sn/H2O2/H2SO4 hydrothermal oxidation at 150 degrees C. Infrared spectrum (IR), Raman spectrum, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to characterize the nanocrystalline SnO2. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V.
