摘要
The particle flux fluctuations along the trajectory of polar orbitting satellite Intercosmos-Bulgaria-1300 are analyzed, The comparison of forms of fixed energy auroral particles fluctuation spectra with theoretically predicted in the suggestion of particles thermalization give the possibility to show that not only plasma sheet ions but also plasma sheet electrons are unmagnetized.
