The effect of temperature on crack-lattice trapping

摘要
The effect of temperature on the crack-lattice trapping (CLT) phenomenon is studied by employing the model of Thomson, Hsieh and Rana (1971, J. appl. Phys., 42, 3154) and the self-consistent Einstein approach of Matsubara and Kamiya (1977, Prog. Theor. Phys., 58, 767). It is found that lattice vibrations appreciably diminish the CLT effect and can even lead to its disappearance.
