摘要
Femtosecond light pulses tunable from 600-760 nm are generated by frequency doubling of an optical parametric oscillator in a Lithium Triborate crystal, The phase-matching bandwidth is shown to be the main limitation for harmonic generation of fs-pulses, By a dispersive element the phase-matching bandwidth and the conversion efficiency can be enhanced.
