摘要：

Results are presented from theoretical and experimental studies of the influence of ponderomotive effects on the operation of a two-wire plasma microwave resonator probe. It is shown that the nonlinear regime of probe operation can be used to measure not only the plasma density, but also the plasma temperature. (C) 2002 MAIK "Nauka/Interperiodica".
