摘要：

Optical and scintillation properties of six large size crystals of LuAlO3:Ce3+ grown using Bridgman method containing several Ce3+ concentrations are presented (5 x 5 x 10 mm(3): 0.13% Ce, 0.19% Ce, 0.28% Ce, 0.47% Ce; 5 x 5 x 16 mm(3):0.9% Ce; 5 x 5 x 39 mm3: not measured).
