摘要
Magnetic measurements on electrodeposited Ni-Cu/Cu multilayers indicated a continuous composition change at the magnetic-nonmagnetic interfaces. This is confirmed by the observation of a giant magnetoresistance (GMR) component due to a superparamagnetic region of these interfaces in the GMR curves for multilayers with d(Ni-Cu) = 3 nm and d(Cu) greater than or equal to 0.75 nm.
