摘要：

Von Willebrand disease Normandy, a rare variant of von Willebrand disease, was first reported in 1989.(1) Its clinical features resemble those of hemophilia A and are caused by a low level of factor WI coagulant activity, which results from the defective binding of von Willebrand factor to factor VIII.(2) Profuse postpartum bleeding is expected if no treatment is given.(3) There are no previous reports on the management of pregnant patients with established von Willebrand disease Normandy.
