Near infrared surface plasmon resonance of gold tabular nanostructures in the HAuCl4-Na2S reaction

摘要
The phenomenon of the near infrared surface plasmon resonance of gold tubular nanostructures in the HAuCl 4-Na 2S reaction, which is a common reaction for gold nanoshells and nanoparticles, was analyzed. This typical reaction started when 2mN bright yellow HAuCl 4 solution was mixed into 1mM transparent Na 2S solution turned to colloidal dark brown. The obtained peak at 537 nm is due to the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) of spherical gold nanoparticles. The results show that a peak at 469 for 330 nm was observed when the reaction solution was used with fresh Na 2S by fluorescence spectrophotometer.
