摘要：

Large-bodied Demodex mites may cause adult-onset generalized demodicosis. Large-bodied Demodex mites are found most commonly in deep skin scrapings from the trunk, especially in dorsal regions. Mite infestations respond to miticidal therapy and control of coexistent diseases.
