摘要
One of the major interests in chemically modified fullerenes focuses on the applications in materials science and technology. In this context, the cycloaddition of azomethine ylides to fullerene C-60 allows the preparation of a variety of substituted fulleropyrrolidines, compounds in which the 3,4 bond of a pyrrolidine ring is fused to a 6,6 ring junction of C-60. In this paper the synthesis of several fulleropyrrolidines is presented, which illustrates the wide potential of these new molecules in different fields.
