摘要
A new process was developed to prepare composite oxide nanocrystals. Adding a small amount of acid to a mixture of precursor metal salts before their solid-state reactions with KOH at ambient temperature was found to give composite hydroxide nanoparticles. Subsequent calcination at 800 degreesC yields perovskite-type composite oxide nanocrystals. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
