摘要
Powder samples of nanocrystalline Fe-30(Al1-xCux)(70) (x = 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3) were prepared by mechanical alloying. AC and DC susceptibility measurements as a function of temperature, frequency and external applied DC field showed the appearance of both a spin-glass-like transition and a superparamagnetic component. The latter decreases as the Cu concentration is increased, and practically extinguishes for x = 0.3. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
