摘要：

A new magnetic resonance (MR) sequence was developed to acquire real-time images in a mufti-slice dynamic imaging mode to cover the complete heart in 15 seconds without the need for electrocardiogram (ECG) triggering and multiple breath holds. In 34 patients, left ventricular function was assessed with the new technique and a standard technique. The new technique proved to be feasible and accurate for functional cardiac examinations. J.
