摘要
Nylon 6,6 single-crystal scrolls and tubes (see Figure) have been created through self-seeding solution crystallization. The tube diameter is similar to 350 nm with a similar to 10 nm thin wall. The tubular/scroll single crystal form is presumably due to the asymmetric folding of Nylon 6,6, which can be turned on and off by controlling the self-seeding temperature.
