摘要
Photoelectrochemical behavior of polypyrrole and polypyrrole with nanodispersed platinum particles was studied. The response of photocurrent depended on the thickness, potential and the presence of platinum. These films act as either n- or p-type semiconductor depending on the oxidation state of the polypyrrole film. UV/Vis spectra showed that the doping level influenced the band structure of the polypyrrole film.
