摘要
The pressure dependence of Zn heterodiffusion in Al matrix was studied using the radiotracer technique in the pressure range of 0 - 0.8 GPa. The activation volume evaluated at 762, 793, 863 and 913 K increases monotonously from 0.73 to 1.05 in atomic volume units. Data were interpreted in the framework of the mono- and divacancy model. Supposing that Zn atoms cause small perturbations in Al and taking into account the results of the isotope effect measurements for Zn diffusion, an estimation is given for the mono- and divacancy correlation factors. A qualitative explanation is given, why the considerable divacancy contribution causes only a slightly curved Arrhenius plot.
