摘要：

This paper evaluates the role of wage flexibility in European Union (EU) regional labor market adjustment to region-specific and aggregate shocks. A stylized theoretical model is developed which integrates interregional migration, spill-over effects from national to regional wage determination, and regional agglomeration effects. The wage equations of this model are estimated using the EU regional database.
