摘要：

The magnetization reversal modes for the rather small? elongated ferromagnetic particles are discussed. Results of analytic micromagnetics for prolate spheroids are compared with the available experimental data on elongated Ni columns. A special emphasis is put on the role of magnetocrystalline and surface anisotropies. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
