Study on the structure of surface-modified MoS2 nanoparticles

摘要
The structure of a kind of surface-modified MoS2 nanoparticles by dialkyldithiophosphate (DDP) molecules was investigated by XRD, XPS, TEM, and HREM. The results show that the nanoparticle obtained is an aggregate consisting of 3 similar to 5 MoS2 nanocrystallites that have obvious laminar structure, a single layer of DDP molecules capped around the MOS(2) nanocrystallites. The surface-modified MoS2 nanoparticles are dispersed well in the organic solvent and are protected from oxidation in the air.
