Similarity solutions for jet breakup for various models of viscoelastic fluids

摘要
We study the existence of similarity solutions for surface tension driven jet breakup without inertia in viscoelastic fluids. A variety of models are analyzed. It is found that there are major qualitative differences between different kinds of models, even where the elongational viscosities are similar. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
