摘要：

We report the development of recurrent hyponatremia after intrathecal methotrexate that was not associated with elevated levels of anticliuretic hormone. We speculate that a central nervous system natriuretic peptide may be involved in the pathogenesis of the naturesis following intrathecal methotrexate.
