摘要：

During the last 20 years, many technological improvements have been achieved in the physical metallurgy of titanium. Some companies in the titanium industry have invested in research for the development of low-cost, primary electrolytic titanium. The acceleration of commercialization of the electrowinning plant is effective to solve the basic problem that has plagued the titanium industry.
