摘要
Oxygen diffusion coefficients in some ZnO single crystals were evaluated. The oxygen self-diffusion was investigated by a gas-solid isotopic exchange technique using O-18 as the tracer. Depth profiles of oxygen isotopes were measured with a secondary mass spectrometer. The lattice diffusion coefficients of oxygen ions depended on the dopants. The values of the lattice diffusion coefficients in Codoped samples were higher than in Mn-doped samples.
