摘要
New derivatives of pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyrazine and related heterocycles were prepared starting from 6-amino-3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyrazine-5-carbonitrile (2) and using the key intermediates 4, 5, 6, 14, 15 and 16. Some of the prepared compounds were evaluated for their antifungal and antibacterial activities.
