摘要
The time dependent backwards implicit method is used to simulate the shape and position of the stripping peaks in DC (linear scan) anodic stripping voltammetry at mercury thin film hydrodynamic electrodes for electrochemically reversible systems. The effect of variable diffusion layer thickness, assumed uniform and experimentally controllable in the case of rotating disk systems, in influencing both the peak potential and peak shape, is quantified and the implications for anodic stripping voltammetry under convective conditions noted.
