摘要
A novel Sm-Co coordination polymer constructed by orotic acid (2,6-dioxo-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyrimidine-4-carboxylic acid, H(3)dtpc) and oxalate (ox(2-)), {[Sm2Co(ox)(2)(Hdtpc)(2)(H2O)(6)].2H(2)O}(n) (1), was prepared by metal-mediated oxidation-hydrolysis of orotic acid in a hydrothermal reaction. Crystallographic data for 1: triclinic, space group P - 1 with a = 8.2266(4), b = 9.2895(4), c = 9.7934(5) Angstrom, alpha = 75.347(1), beta = 69.708(1), gamma = 72.665(2)degrees, V = 660.66(5) Angstrom(3), Z = 2, Dc = 2.4832 g/cm(3). Magnetic susceptibility measurement for 1 is consistent with the existence of weak anti-ferromagnetic interaction. (C) 2003 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
