摘要：

Composts are considered as organic soil improvement, however, with the introduction of organic substances from industrial or municipal wastes, they should be considered as secondary wastes. The harmonisation and standardization of methods for soils, composts and other wastes is needed for comparable and more comprehensive data for the different countries in the European Union.
