摘要：

A woman presented with vaginal bleeding after myomectomy. Ultrasonography, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and three-dimensional computed tomography (CT) combined with hysterosalpingography (HSG) revealed an iatrogenic diverticulum of the uterus.
