摘要：

The results from the kinetic theory of dusty plasmas, which consistently takes into account the charging and Coulomb collisions of plasma particles with dust, are used to show that, due to the dust charge fluctuations in dust-dust interactions, energy is not conserved in the subsystem of dust particles. The growth rate of the dust mean energy is found proportional to the mean square dust charge fluctuations, as physically expected. 2005 American Institute of Physics.
