摘要
Molecular oscillations take place in the time range of some 10-100 fs. In asymmetric molecules, accompanied with rotation and necking motions of molecule parts changes of the electron distribution of the molecular orbitals occur. In phenols the rotation motion of the C-OH bond with a frequency around 10(13) Hz causes dramatical electron motions in the molecule. These motions could be monitored with an extremely rapid chemical reaction (free electron transfer) which results in product characteristics for the assumed different borderline structures of the phenol molecule.
